Notes

This was a solid run. I was pretty satisfied with how it went and played out. I felt a little weird before i started but i surprised myself with how it panned out. I felt decent and like i could push it early but instead held back until the end.

(7:51, 7:37, 7:36, 7:30, 7:27, 7:18, 7:07) I actually felt pretty strong during this run and wasn't gassed like i was in 2 miles last week My endurance is coming back. After my run, i went upstairs in the gym and did some stretching and core.
