Notes
This run went further than expected. I was sore and was having some issues with my right hamstring starting off. It just felt super tight buty i figured i would try to run a few miles and hope it loosened up. The weather was 60 degrees and with some cloudy times and some moments of sun. The wind was more than i would like at around 15 mph as there is a storm coming our way in the next few hours. The miles went by okay and i actually felt myself extremely thristy by mile 6 but had nowhere to get water from as the well spickets were off and there were no elementary schools right near me. It felt nice to run outside and it not be freezing for once.
