Notes
It was a little chilly but at the same time warm once you got moving. I think i got a little more use to running on the cold where now 50 and a breeze isnt freezing. The legs this morning were rough and beat up. My calves in particular were very sore. At first i went out with the gial to get 4 miles in and somehow i kept going and going even though mu legs fetls o heavy and dead. I wanted to take my half-zip off as it was so heavy with sweat.
