Notes

Today was another solid ride. It seems like this new diet is really making an impact on my training. Im less sore and more energized. The ride was a bit tough but i pushed through. I alternated between 10-11 on the intensity levels and did somewhat of a workout. I kept doing 3 min on, 3 min off and so forth for quite sometime. It made it a little less monotonous.
