Notes
The run was solid even thought i was having some really bad IT band and sciatic nerve issues that spurred up half way into the run. It was almost crippling feeling but i knew if i stopped i would be screwed. The pace started out slow at just under 8 minute pace and it maintained in the 7:30's for the most part. I ran around my neighborhood and into Elly's for a little.
