Notes
This was a hot and humid morning run. The legs didnt feel horrible but they did feel heavy especially after a few miles where my Pegasus were soaked with sweat. The miles were slow starting out but i was able to gradually try picking it up. I did stop twice for water which was much needed!!!

I was gassed when i finished as the humidity really took a ton of energy out of me.
