Notes
This run was pretty ugly and the paces were slow but i tried to give an honest effort. The first set was slow at 8:27 mile pace and then i ran 7:45 for the last mile.
the second set was still ugly and i decided to go slow and then did 1 more mile where i tried incorporating some strides in.
