Notes
This run was tough for several reasons. The legs were still having isssues with my glute and left part of my back. Other than that, the huge issue was the 23 mph winds with the already low 33 degrees. So it was cold. I ran easy and slow this morning but was able to make it. The miles were slow but i was able to make the last few miles under 8 minute pace.
