Notes
This run was a cold and wet one. The wind was hitting at 10mph, which made it feel even colder. Not too mention i woke up very sore, stiff, and just beat up. I'm really starting to the feel the effects of being off testosterone as i wake up destroyed every day. When i started out I wasn't sure i would make it even 4 miles given the conditions outside and my body. Once again though, somehow i kept pushing on and made it almost 3x as far I was aiming for.
Average HR I the run was 163, which is a bit on the high side for sure. Cadence was 183, which is a bit more than ideal but i was running up a lot of hills throughout the run so that makes sense.
