Notes
This run wasn't horrible but was slow and cold. My legs were a bit tired but i didnt have really any issues with my glute. The weather was misting and cold. It started off slow and i gradually picked it up to my normal recovery run. Jonny has Covid and i think i might be having it as my running seemed a btt off. Like i was feeling as comfortable as i do running much faster.
