This run wasnt pretty. My form was ugly and i felt super heavy. Breathing wasnt as bad as i expected it to be but i can definitely tell the testosterone is hindering me running wise. Pace was slow, which is what i was aiming for. A couple miles around 8 minutes and then the rest in the 7:40's/7:50's.
8:15, 8:09, 7:55, 7:43, 7:51, 7:43, 7:51, 7:48
So it was a better result than i thought it would be when i went out the door to start my run.
