Notes
This morning i was super sore and tight and legs were in pain. I decided i would try running some trails to preserve my legs and prevent too much asphalt beating...i ended up running around the trails near work except that i ran the first 5 miles on all roads, I didnt make it to the trails until mile 6 of 8. My legs were pretty battered and i tried to stay relaxed and not worry about pace too much and really focus on just moving forward.
