Notes
The gym was busy and i was feeling slightly weaker than normal, mainly because of not eating enough. Trying to be on a calorie deficit and still working out twice a day does take a toll. The lift was decent though. I focused maily on shoulders. I stopped writing down after a while and got a call around 9pm asking if i could pick Jhonny up fro the store. Figured it was a good time to cut it anyways since i was feeling just tired and run down.
