This run was done at the battlefield. I was able to get out there before it was hot. The weather was humid though. I was able to push through even though i was sore and really tired these last few days. I didnt really have any pep in my step at all. I ran about 3 miles sub 7 but the rest were around 7:20 as i was going up and down lots of hills/
