Notes
This morning started slow and rough. I was really sore and have been just tired. I did get to the gym to run though. It started slow as usual and funny enough i maintained around the same pace as yesterday. I did realize i was close and wanted to beat it. So i gradually tried picking up the pace and ended up beating it by 1 sec. Again, all in the last quarter mile.
