Notes
This run went much better than expected. I wasnt sure how it would go bc my legs didnt feel super sore or fatigued as i got up this morning. So when i started running i was a bit surprised. My breathing was a bit labored starting off but i gathered myself. The pace started out slow at 7:51 and then dropped to 7:30 and faster. I was blown away with how it all played out today and on a rolling hilly course at that. I did get some bad side stitches late in the run from dehydration but other than that i cant complain. It was chilly which made it even more surprising i ran as well as i did.
