Notes

This ride was tough as i was feeling it from the start. I was putting in significantly more effort than yesterday even thought i was going slower. The first 10 miles were decent as i was still in the 17's but i could feel myself started to deteriorate. I was so dehydrated. By mile 15, i knew it was going to be slow and i just tried to get to the finish. The last 10 miles were slowwwwww. I literally was just trying to finish. I did incorporate a little bit of workout in there. After about 7 miles i did 30 sec hard, followed by 90 seconds recovery. The fast portions were around 21-22mph and the recovery was just under 17 mph.
