This run was rough as the conditions outside were brutal already. It was mid 80's and 95% humidity and man it killed me. It wasnt enought that i was already dealing with an injury. I tried to run comfortable even though the pace was super slow and didnt even feel easy. I feel like my breathing is crappy ever since i began testosterone not to mention i am feeling heavier which makes running tougher as well. I look lean but i am definiteyl at least 10lbs heavier.
Im not even going to fake, i did stop a handful of times due to fatigue and dehydration but i got the miles in.,
