Legs didnt feel great this morning. My nose busted open and was bleeding lthe last 6 miles. I am not sure but i had a hirrible stomach ache after the run which i wonder if it was from losing so much blood. The pace was slower as i tried to relax but it wasnt as pleasant as i would have wished.
