I was tired at first but once I got in thee I was raging. I took a preworkout of bobby's. I hit shoulder hard today. I started off with several sets of 10 pull-ups.Then did lat raises, DB front and side raises. I did a few other things mixed in as well and I tended to throw in pull-ups randomly as well.
