Legs felt so heavy and lacked any pep. Tjhey were flat and straight lackluster. It was rough starting out as i felt off and like my body didnt want to run. It wasnt until the end that i actually ran sub 8 minute pace which was so refreshing to see post run, wven though it didnt feel great today. I was struggling the entire time.
