This runwas tough. I was extremely tight and had a lot of issues in my groin area. I tried running and i almost gave up bc of the pain and how my leg started seizing up on me.Hpwever i did keeep going. I started off extremely slow running like 9 minute pace and then was able to gradually get close to my normal starting pace. I didnt focus on splits as i was focusing in jjust not pulling anything worse.
