I went into the gym a bit tired and but found energy once i got inside. I was able to get a good pump tonight and had solid vasularity. I hit a variety of muscles, some being the same as yesterday. I was having issues with my groin being extremely tight all day after my ride, which i think was due to the position of my seat on the bike and actually not from the run. I hit some back, chest, arms. I tried something as simple as straight leg lifts with roman chair and i was unable to do so bc of my groin and the pinching pain i felt. I didnt write down what i did but going off memory.
