Notes
Today was a decent run. I was surprised since I have gotten extremely little sleep and was working super long days at the expo the last 2 days on top of my long work week. I started at smithswitch and ran on the WO&D trail. I actually ran into Keith and Todd which was good as I talked to them for a few minutes. Then I just continued running in the trail. I didn't have as much tightening issues as normal, I was just tired more than anything an get out of breath easily. I ran my last mile in 7:00 which is good. This was my longest run in 5 months
