Notes
This run went pretty smooth even though it started off slow as hell and i was feeling a bit rusty. I know i have been feeling queesy and nauceus a lot recently and my stomach felt a bit off this morning. Not sure if it is part of the no real food diet i am on since i cant chew anything. Anyways, the weather was decent and i hit the roads not sure ow today would play out. It started out slow at 8:02 and then got gradually faster to 7:30. then by mile 3-11 i was running between 7:10 and 7:00. I was consistent even with the humidity today.
