I was a little tired going into the gym but tried to just get it in. I went in there with the idea to do some exercises outside of the normal arms,chest,etc. So i started out with some core exercises and stretching to loosen upp my groin, which didnt work too much. I ended up hitting some leg exercises which was probably not the smartest of moves but i did feel stronger than i have in the past. The only exercise that cause some discomfort was the leg press with the extra strain on my groin. It was cool making out the calf machine and doing it with a decent amount of reps. Tried doing a little stretching afterward as my legs started tightening up pretty badly. I wasn't sure if i was just tight from lifting them or tweaked it lifting.
