My stomach felt off today and i felt a bit rough but still decided to go out and run.The weather wasnt too bad and i was feeling fatigued already by mile 3. Then i really started feeling shitty with a few miles to go and had to stop about 3 times just in the last mile as i thought i was going to throw up. I was dehydrated but also not sure why i was so feeling so shitty.
