This run was interesting. I felt like shit when i woke up. Stomach was upset, sore, and i was just lathargic. I still went out to hit the trails thinking that it would help the fatigue to get the blood flowing. The miles started slow at 8:19! But i did gradually get faster. I really just started exploring. I got back to my house at 5.2 miles and decided to throw on the flat for a few strides. I endd up doing another 1.8 miles with just a few pick-ups thrown in. I ran some pretty big hills which sucked. I mainly did my pick-ups on the flat areas and tried to work the hills some.
