Notes
This run was done on my day off so i traveled to Point of Rock to run on the C&O canal. My legs were tired and fatigued so i thought that was the best place to try and run. I did make it 12 miles even with my legs wanting to give out on me half way into the run. haha
First 6 miles were in 46:07 and then i turned around to run back in 43:45.
