Legs were sore and beat up. It was warmer than it has been recently, however it was also raining throughout the entire run. It was not too horrible though as I had a hoodie on. It wasn't a complete downpour but a consistent drizzle. I ran around the neighborhood and over towards sterling blvd.It was an easy run that I did not really get after. My legs wrre off today and it took me until mile 6 and 7 to get under 7 min pace.
