Today i got in the gym way earlier than normal. It felt weird lifting this early.I did it literally after i ate lunch. We had our company event so i was just chilling at the pool in the sun for a couple hours and then decided to hit the gym at Landsdowne resort and Spa. Had a nice massage in the morning. The lift was okay but i had some trouble getting started. Got in some sets and a lot of reps. his arms and a little back. Used a few machines and ropes/cable lifts. Started off with a couple sets of pull-ups
