Notes
This run started off a bit rocky but ended uo better and longer than i ever expected. I did feel a little off and out of sync but didnt have as much pain in my legs and hip as usual. Maybe the day off of all activity helped. The pace was slow and gradually did get a little faster which was releaving to see. Even saw a 7:20 mile at one point.
