Ths morning the pain in my hip flexor was the worst by far. It was very similar tohow i felt in covington when it hurt to move one step. After minutes of going bacnk and forth, starting and stopping. I just went forward and started jogging at an extremely slow pace. I have never ran a run where he pace was this slow before so this was new for me. I wasnt happy about it but mentally i felt better that i tried instead of just giving up.
