Notes
This weather was a wet and cold one. We were getting tropical storm condition which consisted of 20 mph winds and bouts of heavy raining even though 50% of my run was just a drizzle. I still was soaked and cold by 2 minutes into my run. I was really not ready to experience the level of cold that comes from rain and heavy winds when its only 50 degrees out. I started out slow since my legs felt a bit tired and fatigued and was only aiming to get maybe 3 or 4 miles in. I somehow kept pushing it further and further and managed 9 miles.
My right glute was tight from the start and my main goal was to run without straining too much and too remain relaxed.
