I was tired today but took a pre-workout and headed to the gym to get it in. I lift legs today. I did a lot of volume while I increased weight. I was probably doing like 10 sets for each exercise. Start light and increased weights. I started off with my norma sets of pullups and then head to the horizontal calf, then leg press, hamstring curls, quad machine...etc. Good lift and I felt that started light allowed me to warm up the muscle.
