Stressful day at work I got written up for being negative and bunch of other things. so I am on my last straw at work and I needed toblow some steam. I hit the weights pretty hard tonight. I warmed up with a set of 8 pullups, 20 pishups, 8 pullups, 20 pushups. Then I hit the should, chest, biceps, triceps. I really went in tonight. I did pec fly, shoulder press, rows, bicep curls, tricep pilldwns, etc.
