Notes
Today i ran around the GWU campus next to work. I did a couple miles on the roads before i hit the newly found trails Bob told me about. Those trails were pretty nice and hidden from the world. The miles were decent and my legs really didnt hit a wall util about mile 6.5 and thats where every bit of wind was tough and every step was harder as my legs were so heavy.
