This ride caught up with me and i was struggling the last several miles. I was sore from the previous week's mileage and just decided to push the envelope. I maintained around 20 mph for the ride even though i started dropping off the last few miles. The intensity levels were around 8-9 as i rode at the sterling PF location and not the Dulles one i do during the week. This was a sweatfest and i was happy when i was done as i was beat.
