Notes
Todays run was okay but very windy. It was chilly but with the 16mph winds, it felt colder and more brutal. It seemed I was always being hit y the wind. I ran around the GWU and trails next to work. I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a place with a change of scenery and decided on here last second. Legs were stiff and tight when I finished. They have been taking some beating for sure.
