This run almost didn't happen bc of the amount of pain and tightness my hips and legs had. It hurt to walk around let alone run. It was ugly getting started as my body did not want to move at all. The pacing was slower than piss but i am glad i was able to mentally push through the slowness i was running. I did some foam rolling afterward
