This run started off a little rocky as my left leg was tight and tender around my achilles. It did loosen up gradually. The run was done around the Lenah Hill neighborhood. I started out slow and actually wasn't feelng that great antyways. The shoes i was wearing were not broken in yet and caused some discomfort in my feet that bothered me quite a bit and caused me to stop and change shoes. After that, i tried to remain calm and relaxed while running as i was fatigued and legs were heavy. The wind became an isssue more towards the later part of the run as it was a headwind that became annoying to deal with.
