Wow my body was destroyed and exhausted this morning. It just felt wrecked after yesterday for some reason. I stil went out and hit the roads for some miles. Made it further than expected as i was so damn dehydrated. Never got one sip of water the whole run. I stopped after 9 miles to take a piss. I did have to stop numerous times during the run today because of how badly i was feeling from the heat.
