Notes
This run was a bit of a srprise. I felt heavy and a bit out of breathe when i started off. Which i contributed to the testosterone shot lastnight. It could have been all mental. The first mile barely cracked 8 minutes but i overall ran pretty well. It didnt feel aeasy and the last half was bruatl from me being so dehydrated and it being so damn humid. The 90% humidity didnt help.
