This run surprised me as i have been feeling tight and really tired/ I was having stomach issues this morning but it was resolved when i blew up the bathroom at the gym. The run started off a bit ugly as i was tight and sore but i was able to get through the firdst few minutes and then run pretty easily. I kept it pretty relaxed and then after about 2 miles i gradually picked it up. Overall, i kept it pretty slow to be sure i was not stressing out my body too much since this is the first week back, I want to stay healthy.
