Notes
The weaher was wet outside as it raned over night. The temps were not freezing but cold once you started sweating and were soaked. My legs definitely felt it as i was soaked and they were cold. The body felt rough starting off as i was sore and just feeling lack luster. Not really much energy. I somehow kept trucking even when i wanted to stop and pulled off a decent long run. It was foggy out most of the run that i couldnt see too far ahead of me which mught have been a blessing haha
