This run started rocky but i pushed through. I was still having issues and tightness in my right leg but i think i got more comfortable being uncomfortable.

The last few miles were tough really because of the wind and humidity, not too mention the temperature was already almost 80 degrees outside.
I know my endurance is shitty right now from the testosterone and if i were to stop taking that it would get a bit better, but that wouldnt fix my messed up hamstring and glute
