Notes
This run started out super slow which was annoying at first but then i realized im not out here to train to compete, but to have fun. The weather was wet as it was raining and 43 degrees. So it wasnt as cold as usual but it was a bit chilly since i was wet. Particularly my face was cold. The pace was slow as the first 2 miles were 8:30 but it finally picked up some.
