This run was solid even though the legs were dead from the start. It wasnt pretty starting out as it was slow... the miles were consisnt and i really never left a 2-3 mile are in my neighborhood. haha
I did did loop after loop and ventured around back and forth. Solid run though and i am happy to see i can do this type of mileage for the third week in a row.
