This was a surprise to me. When i was walking downstairs heading outside my quads were bringin and i had some discomfort in my foot. The run started off decent and i didnt get any discomfort in my foot until mile 1. I kept going to see if it would worsen, but to my surprise the pain stayed around the same. It was just uncomfortable.
