Notes
This run started off really slow but somehow i managed to get through it. I was originally hoping to make it a few miles since i was sore but somehow made it to 5 miles, changed shoes to ones less wet and went back out. The pace was solid considering running in the rain on dead legs that felt like cement. Fastest mile was only 7:21 today so nothing special. I am more proud of making it that far since i was so fatigued and dead regarding my legs.
